Structured Training is continuing to expand and we now need to develop further our team of Training Consultants. We are always interested in hearing from Training Consultants who are specialists in our core areas of sales, management and customer service. However at the current time, we would be particularly interested to hear from you if you are a subject specialist in any of the following areas:

• Project Management
• Developing effective proposals and tenders
• Finance for non financial managers & sales people
• Presentation skills

Our Training Consultants must have:

• Subject Mastery - You are not a generalist but instead specialise in a particular topic area. Prior to moving into people development you will have successfully put the theory into practice.
   
• Training Excellence - You know that training is becoming more demanding and challenging, with classroom-based training forming only part of the total solution. By combining your knowledge with innovative and effective delivery solutions you always achieve the programme objectives and create a memorable experience.
   
• Client Focus - Whether that's the participant, the line manager(s) involved in the design, or the client company we're working for, you are always looking to really delight the customer.

Structured Training's growing client list is driving our expansion. We are happy to look at different working arrangements from full-time through contracts to pure associate. However, the desire to work hard, achieve the best, and become a leader in what you do is mandatory.
