20 hours of e-learning
- how does that stack up against your current training provision?
20 hours is a lot! Estimates of equivalency vary between three to five hours
of classroom based training containing the same amount of skills and
knowledge input as one hour of e-learning. 20 hours of Structured Training’s
e-learning is roughly equivalent to 10 -15 days of classroom based learning.
How do learners keep track of learning?
As part of the application Structured Training’s e-learning allows
individuals to select the elements that they need to complete to meet their
learning and development needs. The application also includes a learning
journal in which learners can record not only the learning that they have
completed and the scores that they have achieved, but also comparisons with
how other learners have done on the same elements and personal notes on
areas of interest and challenge.
What data do we get?
Structured Training’s e-learning database allows you access to unrivalled
aggregated reports that give you real insight into the learning going on in
your organisation. From the most and least popular topics, relative
completion times and scores, and functional and geographical comparisons, we
can guide you through from raw data to insights that can transform your
business.
