This programme covers the skills that a modern manager requires to deliver today's corporate objectives. Throughout the programme, instruments are used to enable participants to analyse their own management potential, attitudes and behaviour. These are then compared with the requirements of their present jobs and areas of management improvement are identified. Participants will gain a deeper knowledge of themselves - their strengths and development needs. In addition, case studies, exercises, role plays and discussions are utilised to enhance learning.
