360°Insight™
Individuals
don’t always perceive themselves and their behaviours in the same
way as others do. They can have blind spots, and portray different
sets of behaviours to different groups of people. Understanding
those perceptions is key to the greater self awareness which forms
for the basis for management and leadership development. This is
the main reason why we utilise, where appropriate, 360° feedback as
a precursor to our management and leadership development
programmes to provide a more enhanced learning experience for the
participants.
We do this by building a set of behavioural indicators based on
our client’s organisational context to clarify their behavioural
expectations. From there we can engage with the participants to
understand and create a debate around management or leadership
behaviour. In addition 360°Insight™ provides invaluable
information about behavioural norms and trends within the
organisation.
