4SLeadership™ Programme
 Many
organisations struggle to develop a constituency of leaders or
even identify where their leadership potential lies. Often they
instigate a leadership development programme aimed a senior
managers which fails to deliver or provide the real business
impact needed.
Structured Training has for many years worked with clients looking
to develop the leadership cadre within their organisation. Our
experience and expertise in this area has led us to launch, in
2003, our 4SLeadership™ Programme which is designed to help
organisations:
- Identify the real leadership potential which exists within

- Create a vocabulary of leadership
- Recognise and nurture leadership behaviours which the

- Create a level of ownership and commitment across all levels
of the business, not just within the management population
- Reduce the demand on managers to be continually checking,
controlling, expediting, telling and generally coping.
The programme combines a range of tools and techniques to
enhance the-learning experience for participants. It is based on
