people don’t always perceive themselves and their behaviours in
the same way as customers and colleagues do. They can have blind
spots, and portray different sets of behaviours to different
groups of people. Understanding those perceptions is key to the
greater self awareness which forms for the basis for outstanding
sales performance. This is the main reason why we utilise, where
appropriate, 360º feedback as a precursor to our sales and sales
management development programmes to provide an enhanced learning
experience for the participants.
We do this by building a set of behavioural indicators based on
our client’s sales context to clarify their expectations. From
there we can engage with the participants to understand and create
a debate around sales leadership behaviour. In addition
